To assist our patients in staying safe, we are offering free condoms by post to people who have signed up to the Wolverhampton C-Card scheme, age 19-24 only.
Terms and conditions
Your order will include 12 condoms which can be requested a maximum of once per month. This will include a mixture of regular and flavoured condoms as standard.
Condoms will be sent in plain packaging by Royal Mail second class post. It will be marked as 'PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL' and posted out to the name and address you have provided.
We will ask you for your C-Card number.
